Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for Operations Associates and Front and Back End Sales Associates. The selected candidate will handle daily operational tasks, coordinate with clients and vendors, and manage end-to-end travel bookings and itineraries. Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining records, supporting front-end and back-end sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves working in a dynamic environment to ensure smooth operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Operations and the ability to effectively manage and oversee processes
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with teams and interact with clients
  • Analytical Skills to solve problems and optimize workflows
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with travel industry trends and tools is advantageous
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools for task management
