We are looking for a Sales Associate IT Services & Staff Augmentation who can drive business growth across both service lines. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, onboarding clients, and nurturing relationships with HR, procurement, and IT decision-makers.

You will play a pivotal role in pitching IT solutions as well as staff augmentation services, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Generate leads and drive empanelment for staff augmentation and IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Pitch IT services (consulting, modernization, security, BI) and staffing solutions (contract staffing, RPO, niche hiring) to clients.
  • Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of demands.
  • Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing & Sales
  • 4+ years of experience in IT services sales / staff augmentation sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills/technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, Testing, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to client locations when required.
