Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Bangalore
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Director / Head of Business Development
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, partnerships, and strategy execution with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report business development performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing ability.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
