Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Pune. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of successful business development
  • Relevant experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
