Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also focus on employer branding to attract top talent. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions, ensuring that the best candidates are matched to the right positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and post clear, inclusive job advertisements on targeted platforms and social media.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through online channels, networking, and talent communities.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and shortlist suitable applicants.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in drafting and managing employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Maintain candidate communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with HR and finance teams to support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee record-keeping.
  • Manage applicant data and recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment and hiring.
  • Support employer branding through participation in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR to improve recruitment workflows and onboarding processes.

Qualifications
& Skills

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience or understanding of payroll processes is an advantage.
  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the ICT or tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
