Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to onboarding. The role also involves collaborating on employer branding initiatives, organizing and conducting interviews, and effectively filling company roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an essential role in fostering a positive candidate experience while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring top talent
  • Knowledge and skills in Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Understanding of local recruitment trends and the real estate industry is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
