Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT positions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role also involves mentoring junior recruiters, maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality talent acquisition outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Sourcing

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Post and manage job advertisements on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate scheduling with hiring managers.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Provide training on sourcing strategies and interview best practices.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding recruitment needs.
  • Maintain transparent communication about hiring progress and pipelines.
  • Work with clients to align hiring strategies with talent availability.

End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Manage candidate experience from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track active roles.
  • Facilitate onboarding for selected candidates.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and role progress.
  • Share recruitment reports and metrics with senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 1.52 years in talent acquisition, preferably in staffing industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in IT and non-IT hiring.
  • Team Leadership: Experience mentoring or managing recruiters is a plus.
  • Client Handling: Proven client-facing experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment software, LinkedIn, Naukri, MS Office.
  • Education: Degree in technology (B.Tech or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Adaptability: Immediate joiner and willingness to relocate to Pune if needed.
