Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
  • Promote our employer brand through various channels and platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
