About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Business Development Specialist - Senior, who is passionate about career growth, financial services, and helping customers solve real-life financial challenges.

The ideal candidate has
strong communication, accountability, and a never-give-up attitude
. You will connect with potential clients, understand their cases, and guide them in our share recovery process.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound leads (phone, WhatsApp & email)
  • Educate customers about our services, eligibility & process
  • Follow structured sales scripts & CRM workflows
  • Build pipeline & convert qualified prospects to clients
  • Maintain daily reporting (calls, meetings, follow-ups, CRM updates)
  • Provide post-sale coordination & customer experience support
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet monthly sales target & quality KPIs

Skills and experience:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years in inside sales Real estate / BFSI / EdTech / Fintech / Insurance advisory
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, punctual & accountable

Compensation:

  • 4.5 LPA
