
Business Development Executive

KEY DELIVERABLES
- Promote EduBridge training programs to prospective learners.
- Generate quality leads and walk-ins through targeted outreach.
- Counsel and enroll learners, ensuring enrollment and revenue targets are met.
- Execute marketing and sales initiatives to drive consistent center growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Outreach & Lead Generation
- Visit colleges, institutes, and youth communities to promote EduBridge programs.
- Conduct demos, awareness sessions, and distribute marketing materials.
- Build and maintain a learner database for current and future enrollments.
- Mobilize learners from nearby towns and villages, guiding them to the center.
Counseling & Enrollment
- Engage with prospects, explain training offerings, and enroll learners.
- Address learner queries in collaboration with Trainers and Counselors.
Partnerships & Networking
- Identify and onboard network partners to expand reach in local areas.
- Support partners in spreading EduBridges value proposition.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work with the Center Manager to plan marketing and mobilization activities.
- Submit daily lead updates and enquiry forms through Lead Square/WhatsApp.
- Support center operations in the absence of the Center Manager or Counselor.
APPROACH & WORK-STYLE
- Maintain 100% adherence to SOPs and reporting timelines.
- Actively identify high-potential areas for mobilization.
- Engage learners with empathy and persistence to drive academy visits.
- Apply data-driven insights to improve lead generation channels.
- Uphold a learner-first attitude while meeting business goals.
