Role Overview:

We are looking for a University Alliance Manager to build and manage partnerships with universities and colleges, driving skill development, training programs, and industry collaborations. The role focuses on implementing government-funded programs, OEM-certified courses, and CSR-sponsored IT initiatives for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions.
  • Act as the liaison between the company, government skill initiatives (NSDC, NASSCOM, State Skill Missions), and corporate sponsors.
  • Promote and execute government-backed training programs and OEM-certified courses (AWS, Microsoft, Cybersecurity, SAP, Project Management).
  • Drive student enrollment and adoption of CSR-sponsored IT training programs.
  • Organize workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs aligned with employability.
  • Facilitate faculty development programs and internship/apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Track program performance, compliance, and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Education, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in university partnerships, education sales, or skill development programs.
  • Knowledge of NSDC, NASSCOM, OEM certifications, and IT training domains (Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, AI).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel for university visits and program execution.
