**Coordinator Alliance Energy and Manufacturing (M/F/d) - 100% Remote**

**Your Mission**

As an Alliance Coordinator specializing in Energy and Manufacturing, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating alliance activities, hosting webinars, and managing various virtual events. Your role involves effective communication with global teams, members, and followers to promote the alliance's initiatives. If you have a master's degree in information technology, computer sciences, or social sciences, along with experience in hosting online events, we invite you to apply.

**Your daily tasks**:

- Plan and execute monthly webinars for the Energy and Manufacturing alliances.
- Coordinate activities, events, and publications to enhance alliance engagement.
- Manage virtual meetings and webinars, ensuring seamless interaction among speakers, participants, and the audience.
- Coordinate the creation of alliance publications, including white papers and position papers.
- Communicate effectively with worldwide teams, members, and followers, promoting the alliance's goals.
- Handle queries from advocates efficiently, providing necessary information and support.
- Enhance the alliance's network to create business opportunities and connect with relevant expertise.
- Broaden horizons for advocates by facilitating meaningful connections within the industry.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering /process Engineering / studies related to Energy.
- 3+ years of experience in hosting webinars and online events, preferably in Energy and Manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent attention to detail, artistic ability, clear vision, and creativity.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
