About the Job :


We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Consultant to provide comprehensive functional and technical support across Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related Supply Chain Management modules.
The role involves managing end-to-end implementation, troubleshooting, and rollout activities while ensuring seamless system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities : - Deliver end-to-end support for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related SCM modules, including:
  • Manufacturing
  • Inventory Management
  • Procurement
  • Cost Management
- Provide functional and technical support at L1, L2, and L3 levels.

- Conduct root cause analysis, bug fixing, and coordinate with Oracle Support (SR management).

- Develop and enhance reports, configurations, and functional extensions based on business needs.

- Support new entity rollouts, including data preparation, migration, and mapping from legacy systems.

- Deliver super-user training and assist with change management during new rollouts.

- Perform daily monitoring of batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes.

- Lead regression testing and quarterly Oracle update validation.

- Prepare and maintain Test Case Matrices (TCMs), test scripts, and user manuals.

- Ensure configuration validation and master data accuracy across modules.

- Provide month-end and production cycle closure support.

- Collaborate closely with IT and business teams for process improvements and issue resolution.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related SCM modules.

- Strong knowledge of functional and technical aspects of Fusion Manufacturing.

- Proven experience with data migration, rollout support, and interface management.

- Expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and Oracle SR management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
