
University Representative

As a College Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our college's programs and establishing partnerships with agents and educational consultants. This position requires extensive travel, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and is ready to represent our college across different regions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents and educational consultants.
- Travel to various locations to promote the college's programs and recruit students.
- Represent the college at educational fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Provide guidance and support to agents in recruiting prospective students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students referred by agents.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote the college.
- Prepare reports on market trends, recruitment activities, and agent performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Experience in educational recruitment, sales, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
