Channel & Dealer Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage automobile dealers, used-car showrooms, and two-wheeler dealers to sell insurance through Policy Pe.
  • Conduct regular partner visits to train staff, boost attachment ratios, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop partnership structures — incentive plans, payout systems, and joint marketing activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize renewals and repeat business.

Agent & POSP Network

  • Recruit and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents, independent advisors, and small brokers.
  • Ensure agents are trained on products, digital tools, and sales processes.
  • Drive monthly premium and commission targets through effective engagement and monitoring.

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly premium targets across motor, health, and life segments.
  • Generate leads from new business verticals — car servicing garages, accessories shops, RTO agents, etc.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion, renewals, and cross-sell performance.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities for partnerships (corporate tie-ups, digital campaigns, etc.).

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain all leads, partners, and performance data in the company CRM.
  • Provide weekly reports on new tie-ups, premium achieved, and forecasts.
  • Track and analyze dealer-wise profitability and retention rates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹46,465.78 per month
