Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Relationship Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring business growth through effective communication and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and support.

  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.

  • Develop strategies to strengthen client loyalty and retention.

  • Identify new business opportunities through relationship-building and networking.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client services.

  • Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience of
    2–5 years

in Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or Sales (preferably
Real Estate, or FMCG

sectors).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good understanding of market trends and customer relationship strategies.
