About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with proven experience in
hospitality design and execution
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptualizing, planning, and delivering hotels, resorts, and related hospitality projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, etc.)
• Prepare and review concept designs, layouts, working drawings, and detailed BOQs.
• Collaborate with consultants, interior designers, MEP engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and local authority regulations.
• Oversee site execution, monitor progress, and provide design clarifications to the project team.
• Coordinate with management for design approvals and budget adherence.
• Incorporate sustainable and modern design practices aligned with brand positioning.
• Provide innovative solutions for space planning, guest experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Master's in Architecture/Interior Design (preferred).
• 5–6 years of professional experience in hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end hospitality projects.
• Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical and functional requirements.
