Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager- Front Office located in Gwalior. The Assistant Manager- Front Office will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction and exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing front office staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role also involves coordinating with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills to oversee front office staff
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Organizational skills to manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate with various departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems
