REHAAN GLOBAL LIMITED is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee performance management systems and provide guidance to managers.
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and assist in conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
