As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with management to foster a positive workplace environment that promotes employee engagement and development. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and will demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills. In addition, you should have a strategic vision for developing HR initiatives that will attract top talent and retain our high-performing employees. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee performance management systems and provide guidance to managers.
  • Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
