Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support position located in Chennai. The Technical Support professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing technical problems, responding to customer inquiries, and delivering efficient solutions to enhance customer support experiences.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
