Job Overview

Join Praveg Limited as a Sales Manager / RSM / RSO and lead our sales efforts across hospitality sectors. This mid-level, full-time position calls for dynamic professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in the industry. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in hotel sales, to effectively drive revenue and growth.
  • Familiarity with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations to leverage business event opportunities.
  • Expertise in corporate sales, understanding the nuances in building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Strong acumen in wedding sales, connecting with potential clients for successful event planning and execution.
  • Background as a Regional Sales Officer or Regional Sales Manager, showcasing leadership and regional market insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to forge strategic partnerships and close deals efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and strategize to meet sales targets effectively.
