Job Overview

Join Praveg Limited as a Sales Manager / RSM / RSO and lead our sales efforts across hospitality sectors. This mid-level, full-time position calls for dynamic professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in the industry. The role offers an opportunity to be based in one of several vibrant cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Adalaj, where you'll drive sales initiatives that align with our company's esteemed reputation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in hotel sales, to effectively drive revenue and growth.
  • Familiarity with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations to leverage business event opportunities.
  • Expertise in corporate sales, understanding the nuances in building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Strong acumen in wedding sales, connecting with potential clients for successful event planning and execution.
  • Background as a Regional Sales Officer or Regional Sales Manager, showcasing leadership and regional market insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to forge strategic partnerships and close deals efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and strategize to meet sales targets effectively.

  • Oversee regional sales operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded across key geographical locations.
  • Identify and cultivate potential leads in the corporate, MICE, and wedding sectors for future business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional strategies for maximized impact.
  • Manage and mentor sales teams, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, providing insights and strategic direction.
