Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and remind the employer of important tasks and deadlines.
- Communication: Screen and direct phone calls, handle emails, and manage correspondence with clients, staff, and suppliers.
- Travel Coordination: Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation, prepare itineraries, and manage travel logistics.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents, and maintain efficient filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Event Planning: Assist with the planning and coordination of events and meetings, including preparing conference rooms.
- Errands and Household Management: Perform personal errands, manage household supplies, coordinate maintenance, and assist with family-related appointments.
- Liaison and Reception: Act as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and other stakeholders, directing them as needed.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple calendars, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for dealing with various stakeholders.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
