Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Team Lead – Sales Operations will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, analyzing sales performance, developing strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and strategies
  • Experience in Team Management and excellent Communication skills
  • Proven Customer Service and Sales abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
