Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing, growth strategy, and performance-driven campaigns. You'll work directly with our leadership team to execute marketing initiatives that scale visibility, drive leads, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social, email, paid campaigns).

Plan and manage LinkedIn Marketing and Meta Ad Campaigns to drive B2B engagement and conversions.

Lead and mentor junior marketing team members in campaign strategy, content direction, and analytics.

Track and analyze key performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing goals with company objectives.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics.

Proven experience in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush (or similar).
