Roles & Responsibilities
- Dealer Network Management:
Lead, grow, and optimize the dealer network by retaining high-performing dealers, replacing underperforming ones, and implementing incentive programs and dealer meets. - Sales Leadership:
Direct sales initiatives to drive growth and sustain market leadership for Arctic Direct Coolers; motivate and manage regional sales engineers across tier-2 and tier-3 cities. - Technical Collaboration:
Work with Application Engineering to provide technical support such as heat load calculations, duct layouts, airflow selections, and ensure proper technical application of products. - Field Engagement:
Spend extensive time in the field to support dealers, monitor execution, and drive consistent lead generation and follow-ups. - Marketing:
Initiate and oversee brand-building activities, including marketing initiatives to reinforce premium positioning. - Reporting:
Report directly to the President, DRI, providing updates on sales performance and strategic direction.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering is preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience: 12–18 years of sales and channel management experience, with at least 5 years managing dealership networks in India.
- Technical Aptitude:
Proven exposure or technical understanding in HVAC, industrial cooling, or applied engineering product sales is desired. - Leadership and Team Skills:
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and team management skills; ability to sell value over price and demonstrate integrity. - Field Orientation:
Willingness for extensive travel and hands-on field engagement.
