Role Description

 Develop and execute a strategic business development plan targeting enterprise and mid-size clients.  Identify, prospect, and engage with decision-makers to generate qualified leads and opportunities.  Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.  Focus on service sales including [customize: IT services, managed services, cloud, security, consulting, etc.].  Build and nurture strong relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders.  Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams) to design customized solutions.  Track, report, and forecast sales performance through CRM tools.  Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position the company as a trusted advisor.  Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals of 25-30 Cr.

Qualifications

5–7 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within service-based industries (IT/technology/consulting preferred).  Strong track record of selling into enterprise and mid-size companies.  Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.  Strong understanding of solution/service-based sales (consultative selling).  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels (CXO/Director/VP).  Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.  Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
