We're Hiring – Sales / Business Development Manager (Institutional Sales | Hotels | Facility Management | Corporates | HoReCa)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

We are a fast-growing hygiene & FMCG brand with strong in-house manufacturing. With an expanding presence across retail, e-commerce, and institutional channels, we are now looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM)
to strengthen our 
Institutional & HoReCa sales
 vertical.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire & manage 
    institutional clients
    such as Hotels, Restaurants, Banquets, QSRs, Hospitals, Facility Management Companies, and Corporates.
  • Build strong relationships with 
    procurement & purchase heads
    .
  • Drive the 
    end-to-end sales cycle
    from lead generation to closure & repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly 
    sales targets
     with strong pipeline management.
  • Coordinate with 
    operations & finance
     for smooth order fulfillment and payments.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–10 years' experience in 
    Institutional / HoReCa / FMCG sales
    .
  • Existing 
    network in hotels, facility companies, or corporates
     (preferred).
  • Strong 
    negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a 
    fast-paced growth environment
    .
