Job Title: Business Development & sales executive

Salary Range: ₹20000 – ₹35,000 per month ( Flexible Incentives)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6–8 hours/day)
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven professionals to join Tata AIA Life Insurance as Business Development & Financial Advisors. The role involves building strong customer relationships, providing financial planning solutions, and driving business growth through life insurance and investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable life insurance and investment solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Stay updated on Tata AIA products, policies, and market trends.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales, business growth, and client relationship management.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory will be an added advantage.
