Job Title: Co-working Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, client visits, and partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation, deal closure, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and favorable commercial terms.
- Handle all agreements, contracts, and documentation related to client onboarding and renewals.
- Manage client expansion opportunities by identifying additional space or service requirements and converting them into business growth.
- Regularly visit all coworking centers to interact with existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that attract new clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry movements to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and occupancy updates for management review.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the coworking or commercial real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong skills in negotiation, deal closures, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, agreements, and expansion discussions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Willingness to travel across centers to engage with clients and teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
