Geist Brewing Co. is looking for a
Marketing Operations Manager

to keep our creative and marketing work flowing smoothly.

You'll be the operational heartbeat of the Brand Marketing & Design team — connecting Brand Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, and other teams to bring ideas to life. From gathering requirements and writing briefs to managing timelines and ensuring assets go out on time, you'll make sure Geist Brewing Co.'s brand work runs efficiently, consistently, and creatively.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, thrives in a fast-moving,
lean team
, and knows how to keep multiple projects moving without missing a beat. You'll balance strategy with execution, clarity with agility — ensuring great ideas turn into great work, no matter how many things are happening at once.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with teams across Geist Brewing Co. to understand needs and translate them into clear creative briefs for designers, creative partners etc.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reviews across multiple workstreams.
  • Keep projects organized, on brief, and on brand — from concept to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather assets, feedback, and approvals.
  • Support the brand team with tools and processes that make work smoother and faster.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in studio management, creative operations, or marketing coordination (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and production timelines.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, positive, team-first mindset.
  • Experience with workflow and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion)

Bonus:

Experience in alcobev, F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
