About the Role:

We're looking for passionate, performance-driven individuals to join OBAOL Supreme, a tech-powered and trust-driven trading ecosystem for India's agro market.

As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a key role in connecting with verified agro professionals, building strong relationships, and driving growth in India's emerging digital agro trade network.

Responsibilities:


• Connect with verified buyers, sellers, and traders to expand OBAOL's trusted network.


• Understand client needs and present relevant trade solutions.


• Collaborate with Relationship Partners (RPs) to support deal closures.


• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and performance outcomes.

**Requirements:


• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture, export/import, or l

ogistics.


• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.


• Goal-oriented mindset with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.


• Understanding of commodity trading processes is a plus.
