We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Developer to lead our business growth efforts across design and build services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales track record, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for design-led innovation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across architecture, interiors, and allied services.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships across industries.
- Create and present proposals, pitch decks, and capability presentations.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to represent the firm.
- Track market movements and provide inputs for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales in design, architecture, real estate, or construction.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a professional attitude.
