We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing professional, polished social media pages across multiple platforms, with the ability to analyze audience behavior and deliver engaging, brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze the audience pulse, identify trends, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite (or similar) for scheduling, monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure all pages are professional, clean, and visually appealing, maintaining strong attention to detail and color aesthetics.
  • Guide and collaborate with inhouse content writers, designers, and video editors to deliver high-quality output.
  • Monitor KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights and reports.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements for content performance.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends considering western audience.

Additional Responsibilities (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Support email marketing and newsletters using tools like Klaviyo.
  • Apply basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) to enhance social content.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing highly professional, brand-consistent social media accounts (portfolio required).
  • Strong ability to analyze audience behavior and adapt strategies for engagement and growth mostly focusing on western audience.
  • Excellent attention to detail with an eye for clean design and good color sense.
  • Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite or similar.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and guide content creators.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
