Role & responsibilities
1. Human Resource Management
- Oversee recruitment & onboarding of workers, staff, and contractual employees.
- Manage statutory compliance PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, etc.
- Conduct induction, training, and skill development programs for workers.
- Handle grievance management, worker discipline, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Health, Safety & Welfare
- Monitor workplace hygiene, canteen, drinking water, and sanitation facilities.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and implementation of safety protocols.
- Organize periodic health check-ups, safety training, and awareness programs.
- Handle first-aid, accident reporting, and insurance claim coordination.
3. Administration & General Management
- Manage factory administration including security, housekeeping, and facility upkeep.
- Oversee vendor management (canteen, transport, housekeeping, security agencies).
- Monitor factory utilities electricity, water, waste disposal, and maintenance.
- Support Factory Head in day-to-day operational coordination.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain HR dashboards (attendance, attrition, overtime, productivity).
- Prepare statutory and internal MIS reports for management.
- Ensure all employee records, muster rolls, and statutory registers are updated.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / IR / Business Administration.
- 13 years' experience in factory HR & administration (preferably FMCG/food industry).
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, and factory operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS System.
- Good communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
