  • Manage daily attendance, shifts, and leave records of factory staff.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training for new workers and staff.
  • Ensure smooth floor operations and maintain discipline and productivity.
  • Supervise production workflow and allocate manpower as per daily targets.
  • Maintain employee files, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
  • Address employee grievances and promote a healthy workplace environment.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and safety measures on the factory floor.
  • Coordinate between production, quality, dispatch, and management teams.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback or training where required.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage uniforms, attendance devices, and factory welfare facilities (canteen, rest area, etc.).
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
