  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, chat, and social media
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to deliver a positive experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.

  • Immediate joiners preferred
