Coordinating Between Customers, and Sales Team.
Provide information of Products / Services / Offers to customers
Handling Outbound calls
Understand customer needs
Responsible for Leads Conversion
Solve customers query over the phone
Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers.
