QHT Clinic is a rapidly growing healthcare organization committed to delivering quality care. We are looking for a proactive Process Coordinator to provide executive-level support and ensure smooth coordination across teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel schedules for senior management.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, documents, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and official communications.
  • Act as a bridge between management and internal teams.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings and action items.
  • Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely updates.
  • Support HR/Operations in onboarding, documentation, and task tracking.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors when required.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator/Administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹24,000.00 per month
