Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join us as Outreach cum Field Executive for PAN India locations.

This is a field-intensive role, involving direct engagement with schools, teachers, and students to introduce and implement the PATH methodology. You will conduct outreach visits, present demonstrations, support training activities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates (BBA, sales, or business backgrounds) as well as those with prior experience in sales, marketing, training, or education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach visits to schools and engage with school leaders, teachers, and decision-makers.
  • Deliver classroom demonstrations and presentations to showcase PATH pedagogy.
  • Assist in teacher training sessions (online & on-site).
  • Track progress and student learning outcomes using PATH tools like the HiPATH app.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with schools and community partners.
  • Travel extensively across states to implement and monitor programs.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: BBA/Graduates from sales, business, or related fields preferred.
  • Candidates from other disciplines with a strong passion for education and outreach are also welcome.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in sales, business development, or training preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for engaging with schools, children, and educators.
  • Basic familiarity with digital tools (smartphone apps, Google Workspace).

Other Requirements:

  • Scooty/Bike is mandatory (frequent school & field visits).
  • Basic English communication is compulsory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (PAN India).
