Business Development Outreach Specialist (Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and focus on client outreach. The role primarily involves email outreach to potential clients, with an added advantage if you have prior experience in LinkedIn outreach. This position is remote and open to candidates across metro cities and Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across target industries.
  • Execute structured cold email campaigns to generate interest and leads.
  • Personalize outreach sequences for higher engagement and response rates.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance using CRM/automation tools.
  • Engage with prospects on LinkedIn (where relevant) to build connections and conversations.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and support pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in email outreach, business development, or lead generation (LinkedIn outreach experience is a plus).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging cold emails.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Good research and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior SaaS/email marketing industry experience.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
