Outreach & Marketing Executive

LAAT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outreach & Marketing Executive to lead awareness, engagement, and enrollment initiatives for our Hybrid MBA program in collaboration with Plymouth Marjon University (UK). The ideal candidate will have experience in higher education marketing, student outreach, and partnership development, with a passion for promoting accessible, high-quality global education.

Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Engagement:
- Build and execute outreach strategies to promote the Hybrid MBA to working professionals, graduates, and corporate partners.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and info sessions in collaboration with universities, corporates, and industry associations.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with education consultants, training institutes, and career centers.
- Represent LAAT at education fairs, conferences, and events (online and offline).
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, offline) to generate qualified leads.
- Develop creative promotional materials and content tailored to different audience segments.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics; suggest improvements to achieve enrollment targets.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the key point of contact for prospective students — guiding them through the application and enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the admissions teams to ensure a smooth applicant journey.
- Build strong relationships with partner organizations and institutional stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in education marketing, outreach, or admissions (experience promoting international or executive programs is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting enrollment or sales targets.
- Experience in B2C and B2B outreach campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
