**Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1. _**On-field and digital outreach**:_Engage directly with daily wage labourers and conduct outreach through field visits and digital campaigns to connect with job seekers, especially daily wage labourers and workers across different industries.

2. _**Community engagement**:_Visit local labour markets, training centers, and communities to collect data and raise awareness about the Rojgaar platform.

3. _**User education**:_Guide workers on how to register and effectively use the Rojgaar platform for job opportunities and updates.

4. _**Surveys and data collection**:_Conduct detailed surveys and collect relevant data from both labourers and employers to understand hiring patterns and worker preferences.

5. _**Employer and labourer insights**:_Interact with both employers and labourers to identify key challenges, pain points, and opportunities for improving hiring practices.

6._**Feedback and service enhancement**:_Gather user feedback and insights to contribute toward enhancing the platform's features and user experience.

7. _**Data analysis**:_Analyze collected data to identify emerging trends and inform strategies for improving daily wage labour hiring processes.

1. Passionate about impact-driven work.

2. Strong communication and networking skills.

3. Comfortable speaking with both business owners and daily wage workers.

4. Energetic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.

5. Ability to speak Hindi or any regional language is a bonus.
