About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile HR & Accounts Executive/Manager who can efficiently manage both human resources functions and financial operations. The ideal candidate will support the organization in maintaining smooth HR processes, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, and accounts management.
Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
 - Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases.
 - Administer payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
 - Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
 - Organize employee engagement, training, and development programs.
 
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
 - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
 - Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
 - Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
 - Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
 - Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or HR; relevant certifications are a plus.
 - 2–5 years of experience in a combined HR and accounts role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
 - Knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and accounting tools.
 - Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
 - Knowledge of labor laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
 - Attention to detail and high integrity in handling confidential information.
