Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

Experience: 2–4 years as HR Executive

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Schedule: Every Saturday half-day

We are a leading manufacturer in the spray paint industry, committed to delivering high-quality products. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment, draft and update job descriptions, and ensure manpower needs are fulfilled within timelines.
  • Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee payroll process, maintain attendance and leave records, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Policy & Compliance: Review existing HR policies, create new policies as needed, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and organize company events to boost engagement.
  • Training & Development: Arrange and supervise training programs for employees to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Performance & SOPs: Develop SOPs for departments and individuals to streamline workflows and maintain consistency.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, handle documentation, and support management in HR-related decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and implement policies and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Female candidates preferred.
