Job Title: Presales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AV Presales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AV system design and a strong understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of AV solutions. Knowledge of LED signage is a significant advantage. He will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team, designing innovative AV solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers during the presales process.
  
• Solution Design: Design and develop innovative AV solutions that meet customer requirements and align with industry standards.
  
• Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, system designs, and cost estimates.
  
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct site surveys, and present AV solutions.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest AV technologies, products, and trends, with a focus on LED signage solutions.
  
• Training: Provide training and support to sales and technical teams on AV solutions and technologies.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of designs, proposals, and customer interactions.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AV technologies are a plus.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in AV system design and presales support.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking. Experience with LED signage is highly desirable.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
  
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
