Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead/Assistant Manager - Collection, located in Mumbai. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing collection activities, overseeing a team of collection agents, ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding receivables, and maintaining accurate reports. Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, handling customer disputes, implementing collection strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications
