Role Purpose -

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to drive strategic alliances and partnerships for our Payment Gateway business. This is a revenue-focused role responsible for onboarding new partners, enabling merchant acquisition, and accelerating GMV and Net Revenue through strong ecosystem collaborations.

The responsibilities we entrust you with -

  • Identify, source, and onboard strategic partners across ERP platforms, SaaS providers, website developers, and aggregators.
  • Build relationships with new-age partners for PG integrations and co-create go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive KPIs around partner onboarding, merchant acquisition, GMV growth, and Net Revenue acceleration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design partner incentive programs and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key partners to ensure long-term engagement and revenue contribution.
  • Act as the primary liaison for technical and commercial discussions with partners.
  • Work closely with CXOs and decision-makers to position our PG solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Explore new verticals and innovative partnership models to scale reach.

What matters in this role -

  • 4–5 years of experience in PG Partnerships within the Payments/Fintech ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of working with major ERP platforms, SaaS providers, and developer communities.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing, onboarding, and managing partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateway integrations and merchant onboarding processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with CXO-level stakeholders.

  • Website Builders & E-commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix.
  • Aggregator & New-age Partners: DotPe, MagicPin, UrbanPiper.
