Key Roles & Responsibilities:

· Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

· Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, networking portals, and client visits

· Research partners, identify key players and generate interest

· Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships

· Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies

· Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally

· Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. Focus on increasing member engagement and penetration within centers.

· Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.

· Measure success metrics for each experience and partnerships and work with all partners by analyzing data and making changes to the offerings.

· Understand the customer demography of each center and bring in partners better suited for the audience.

· Meeting targets of revenue and customer usage and penetration in each center.

Skills & Qualification Required:


• MBA from a reputed organization.


• 5-6 years plus experience in an agile organization in Partnerships/Sales/Account Management functions


• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Need to have a strong business acumen and is data centric.


• Ability to understand and analyze data and ability to determine actionable from the same. Create presentations for sales pitch to various clients.


• Good interpersonal skills to work with different internal stakeholders.
