Sales Executive – Eyewear

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive (Eyewear) to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting our premium eyewear collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear products based on their style, comfort, and vision needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong product knowledge to educate customers about frames, lenses, and related accessories.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and handle client queries or concerns effectively.
- Ensure the visual merchandising and display standards of eyewear counters are maintained.
- Generate repeat business by building strong customer relationships.
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Requirements:
- Graduate / HSC with relevant sales experience (retail experience preferred).
- Prior experience in eyewear / optical retail / luxury retail will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Customer service-oriented, with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
