**Your Role**
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear solutions that best suit their needs.
- Drive **sales conversions** by confidently presenting products and handling objections.
- Maintain knowledge of **latest eyewear trends, brands, and lens technologies**.
- Ensure a seamless in-store experience through excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.

**Who You Are**
- Prior experience in the **eyewear/optical industry** is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a proven ability to close deals.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Based in or near Borivali.
